    Doc says go slow but go at it. No lifting over 10lbs, but clear to go to work. Labs look good. Tumor was cancerous. All out. MRI in 3 months.

    Hot chicken wings for lunch. Now a nap.

    79 degrees, clear as the proverbial bell, and a quiet evening. Same, only 3 degrees warmer predicted for tomorrow. That'll be my last day off work if I do OK. Planning on visiting a couple friends who aren't quite as fortunate as I am (health wise) Then home to get a good nights rest. Wife goes back to work tomorrow. She's been a saint through all this ordeal. I don't even want to think about what I would have done without her.

    Thanks to all you ladies and gentlemen. Your words have been an inspiration. In some of the darkest moments, I always knew you all were here to talk with and give me the distraction I was looking for.
