    I had my annual review at the end of the day Tuesday. It all went well. Didn't expect any surprises. Boss said he didn't know about money and what was going on with the new pay structure. At the level I already am, he didn't know what it was going to take for more money, but he would let me know as soon as he could. He called me back in yesterday morning with a nice little surprise, to the tune of 6.5%. I didn't see that one coming...

    Good for you! Not many employers share that money tree.

    I'm topped out so the best I can do is a performance bonus. But I did pick up an extra $32 a month on my military retirement through the lower taxes, so I'll take that.

    Im not a veteran but if you get the chance its a thrill. Years ago i did 3 laps at 170mph at Charlotte.in a Micheal Waltrip pensoil pontiac.lap 2 full speed with turn 3 in sight u couldnt have gotten a toothpick up my rear:thumbsup:
