    1. What condiments do you prefer for your hot dogs? Think carefully! Sauerkraut and mustard
    2. What snack cakes Little Debbie’s, Hostess or Drake?! Homemade pie
    3. What is your preferred hardware for removing the younglings from the lawn?M1 Garand. Seriously never a need. I live in a great little town, and I’m a school bus driver so all the kids know me.
    4. Dog or Cat? This is not a question about what is on the dinner menu! Dogs all the way. Bird dogs in particular.
    5. Goat Porn? I have no idea what that is, and really don’t think I want to know.
    6. Coffee or Tea? Those are your only choices! Coffee, and not that fru-fru stuff they serve at Starbucks. Simple black coffee.
    7. Bacon Yes.

So does my wife. I've tried to bring her around to "less dead" but it hasn't worked. Screw it. Cover hers in gravy or beans and a little bacon grease to lube it up.

You should Anthony, I don't use them for steak but for everything else you can't beat them. I only have them for the 18" kettle so rotate them around to the 22" kettle and gas grill. When they go on sale I will get them for the Genesis and 22". They are everything that they are claimed to be. You won't regret them!

That was after 15 minutes could have pulled it after only 10, they are efficient enough that it still catches me off guard. The asparagus was juicy and tender from the bacon grease, it was perfect although the bacon a bit crunchy, which wasn't a bad thing.

Please go to the head of the class. And if someone offers you $200 take the damn money on your way! :p Great answers.

The sirloin I cooked for my youngest tonight was Prime grade. He likes his steak cooked beyond any chart, and dry. Because it was Prime and well marbled he commented that he wasn't sure if it was done because it was juicy even though it was cooked to shoe leather. Soles at that :frusty:

But honestly have come to the conclusion that many of us are different in our taste. What ever works for you I will cook it. So not going to waste money on $20 a pound steak if you like $8 a pound steak. Which could be a good thing when your buying it LOL.

Well done sir, I think you made friends with chef Mike

And the answer to the kids on lawn question would be a school bus.

Oh I’m looking! And taking notes. This will be my diet for the foreseeable future. Lots and lots of protein! Hope it tasted as good as it looks.

As for my preferred doneness...knock it’s horns off and wipe its ass.

Watch this video , this about PGV Geothermal facility on the big island and the possibility of a major event . There's a question asked by a reporter about what could happen , the PGV official talks about the KS-8 Blowout that happened on 6/1991

This produced a massive 31 hour steam explosion and periodic release of hydrogen sulfide
