    Hello everyone!

I have a 2011 Tacoma TXPro. My truck came installed with the factory tow package and Im not sure that the battery on my travel trailer is being charged. When I took a multi meter to the ground pin and Bat + pin it reads .03VDC. Is this normal because there is no load on the battery charge connection or should I be get 12VDC constantly? Thanks for you help guys!

Measure the voltage across the trailer battery terminal with the truck running.
