Hopefully someone on here can give me some insight. I recently, within the last month, purchased my first Tacoma. I bought a 2006 Double Cab 4x4 SR5 TRD. When I purchased the truck it had 146,xxx on it and now has 147,113. I believe the truck has been abused and not taken care of in the past due to a large, rusty gash in the left front quarter panel along with some other things. I have a few problems mechanically:
    1. At times there is a sound from the right front tire that almost sounds like tire rub. I have been told it is a hub assembly going out.
    2. The last few days I have had some moderate shaking from under the truck that I believe is from all the snow we have gotten recently.
    3. All of the shocks are extremely squeaky.
    4. The alternator went out and was replaced by the dealership, which blamed it on me for having the truck in deep mud.
5 The heater works on and off, it wasn't working and then I did a donut in a snow covered parking lot and the heater started working for a few hours??
    6. Small seapage from the transfer case on the front.

If anyone could offer any advice on these topics or recommend any services that I should do assuming the truck has never had anything beyond a standard oil change I would greatly appreciate it.
