2012 TACOMA TRD OFF ROAD

I have a 2012 Tacoma short bed. Was wondering if someone can give me the length of the tracks on their short bed cap from factory. I ordered 52 in and looking to cut it down. I think 48in will work but just curious what they come from factory.
