Anyone else have loud banging from the access cab doors when driving on bumpy roads? My 2008 made no noise, its almost like something is missing from my 2015, like some door stops or weatherstrips.

My 08 had that recall too, this is the door itself. With the front doors open and pushing firmly on the access doors will replicate the banging noise up in the latch area.

Thanks for that info as that means the dealer can't try to say it is normal.

I isolated the noise to the Striker, I wrapped masking tape around it and the noise stopped. I believe the Door Latches are bottomed out against the Strikers and that's causing that terrible noise, seems like those Strikers may need adjusted.

Bringing this thread back to life because i need some help and couldnt find it with a search. Today i looked at the rear doors on my access cab because the passenger side was making a terrible rattling noise. Turns out, 2 out of the 3 bolts holding in the striker at the bottom were missing with the third 75% of the way out.. does anyone know where i can get these bolts at or have a part number for them?

They are a T30 torx head with some sort of plastic/nylon near the top, which im assuming acts like a nylon lock nut.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, heres a few pics below of what they look like and the area that they came from (lower striker/latch on access cab rear door)
