    Replacing everything worn, broken, and rusted.
    That is true. The technician couldn't hear it so I had to go back in the shop and go out on a ride with him. About 30 bays of impact wrenches, no wonder. He did finally hear it when we were both looking. New muffler yesterday and the rattle is gone. Even shook the old one and definitely sounded the same. Lesson: A/C can rattle alot of things. Don't run out and replace the AC til you know for sure.
