Amp problems!

I have the jx400.4d jl 4 channel amp.It was playing fine until i did the auto eq test with the CD-MC20,After the test was done,My front speakers quit playing,The back works,I tested the front speakers with my tone generator and both sides work fine,It just won't play through the amp.I tried playing a test speaker of the front channels and nothing but it works with the back speaker channels,It was working fine until i did the auto eq which it crazy..Im not sure if it's the amp or head unit.It's a pioneer avh-x5600bhs and i tried fader and balance.

Just curious, what was the problem? Some setting on your head unit?
