2004 Tacoma TRD Off Road

I have an 04 Tacoma TRD and I'm up for any great ideas. Just installed a new head unit, backup camera, and heated seats. Next thing is suspension and I want to install the bilstein 5100 struts. Do any of you know if there are spring/shock assemblies that include the bilstein 5100s. I'm a beginner attempting to replace my front struts and I would rather not have to go through compressing the spring, etc. Besides I wouldn't mind getting new springs. Thanks in advance and I look forward to joining the forum!
