"Antenna" is blinking. huh?

I was on my home from work listening to the Howard Stern show on Xm, My Radio screen starts to flash "antenna" and did the whole way home. The radio was still coming in clearly and had no problems other than that is there any reason that would happen.

FYI I have a 2009 DC LB Sport ed. with the jbl sound system not modified in any way if that helps at all.

 

Is your XM connected to the back of the radio with the satellite attachment? Or is it a stand alone version (this is what I have), that transmits through your antenna to a non used channel?

 

its connected to the back of the stock radio

 

Maybe a loose connection. Not sure.

You could call XM & see if they know what it is. If they don't know.

I assume it was dealer installed. I would take it in for them to check.
