I bought an are camper shell used and wondering what roof rails do I need? How hard is it to add them?
It also has the single center rear lock on hatch part. Anyone ever add a keyless lock to them?

ARE uses Yakima tracks but the Thule and Rhino Racks are the same dimensions. There are multiple threads on how to install them. Bonus tip, use the Capnuts, they're rounded so that you don't gouge your head when you strike them- and you will at some point if you climb in and out much.

I've seen one for the Leer, never looked for one for the ARE (I have an ARE, just never cared about changing it). Ex. https://truckoutfittersplus.com/truck_topper_parts/Keyless-Entry-Kit.html There are a lot of different styles of handles but most of them are fairly similar so it may or may not work. You could call them and ask or call your local ARE dealer and ask if there's a kit. ARE customer service sucks if you try to call them direct- they just tell you to call your local dealer. Have your serial number in hand as you'll be asked for it; there should be an ID plate riveted to the roof near on the driver's side near the rear.

Are they the 60" tracks? Also, where would I know to mount them? Is there a measurement of how much inside the camper shell?
All prinsu or other racks would mount up to the Yakima tracks?

If the shell is for the truck in your picture I don't know, I have a six foot bed. Just measure the length you want and either buy whatever is close or buy them longer and cut them, they're just extruded aluminum with plastic end caps. Not trying to sound like a wanker, I'm just too lazy to type out another long winded reply- do a search and there are several write-ups, some with pictures, including at least two threads where I've contributed answers. I'll reiterate though, don't drill through the thicker part, it's a cardboard honeycomb insert designed to help the roof keep it's slight curve and not vibrate.

I have never seen a Prinsu in real life, only a homemade version and you can build them however you like. Any of the bases that are designed to work with the tracks should work. Rackwarehouse and etrailer.com supposedly have good customer service (I've never used either but have read positive reviews on multiple sites) or you can contact the manufacturers to see what products will work with the common tracks.
