ARE value

Looking at buying this a.r.e. topper from a guy. He says it is in mint condition. Paint is perfect. One small cut in one of the screens. Sliding windows and carpet. What is this worth? I havent priced this model new. He wants $1,000. My truck is super white as well so that is a plus. What kind of deal am I getting? Thanks for the help.

I ordered new and it was over $2000. Whatever the model is, if it’s really in perfect condition that’s a good deal. Base prices for these toppers start at around $1800 from what I’ve seen

For Gen 3's they seem to sell for around 1300-1500 with no Yakima/Thule racks on top for used. With racks, many seem to try and get 1700-1900. I've tried to get several for a $1K recently while looking, but they were gone faaaast.
