bad vibes

07 prerunner

Hey gang, Mike from NC here have a question for my first thread and looking for some help. I have an 07 prerunner that I just put new wheels and tires, I am experiencing vibrations between 55-65 mph, the wheels and tires have been rotated and balanced several times and the condition seems to return after about 2 weeks, any suggestions?
