I got another winning noise from the front of the truck Spent 300$ today and its still there. Neverending. Replaced a bunch of pullys now they think its power stearing pump. The noise doesn't change when i turn the wheel though ???? Whats the best method for diagnosing this. Its starting to look like iam gonna be changing pullys / alternators /pumps alot Any info would help. Thanks

Sounds like you paid someone else to guess. You can guess yourself and not pay labor costs.

All the possibilities are listed in this thread.

However, based on your 'cold' condition, I'd put my money on a belt or possibly a failing idler pulley that quietens when it warms.

Hey man, My 09 TRD started the whining noise around 100k miles (up to 150k now) and last week I started hearing a rattling/vibration type noise coming from the front left axle. I know you haven't said anything about a rattling noise but coming from my research, you're probably just at the beginning stages. Read the first post in this link, it might help you. Let me know if the link doesn't work and I'll try again.
