2023 White Tacoma SR Access Cab

I had a Bakflip MX4 professionally installed the other day. I bought it off Craigslist and the guy who installed it said it was an older version because the new ones come with bed rail relocation brackets. He told me I could buy some online but I can’t seem to find them. Does anyone know what hardware he was talking about?
