2015 Magnetic Gray Metallic Tacoma Prerunner

I would like to install this type of rack on my Tacoma. The weight will be supported by the edge of the bed but I would like to bolt it down using the bed rails. I will use it to transport a 70lb kayak. Will bed rails anchor the rack properly?
