    I’m sorry for the incident.

however, no one will be able to reliably tell you from that picture. The frame is underneath the truck and you have to post multiple photos of the underside of the truck. Even then it’s hard to tell form just photos. Bring it to a reliable mechanic.

Looks like they hit your leaf spring perch on the right side. Possible frame damage, possible leafspring damage, possible factory leaf hangar damage.

If this were my Taco, I wouldn't be driving it right now.

There's no alignment to be had on the rear end of a leaf sprung vehicle. It's either bent, or it's not.

Presumably you have insurance. Let them handle this.

Sorry your new truck got slammed. That said, we'd only be guessing. It's so new they're gonna do everything they can to keep it on the road.

Likely the frame is OK but the shackle hanger is bent, causing the leaf spring (and therefore the axle) to shift a little. The hangers are easily bent off-roading as well, but they aren't too bad to replace in a shop environment.

That would have ensured to bent the frame, since all the energy of the crash would got transferred to the frame.

As many as I can fabricate
Sometimes when the shackle gets hit, the axle will slide on the spring at the perch and cause the vehicle to dog walk. Just a thought while your waiting for the news.
