Just finished blacking out the truck. Wet sanded, primed, painted and clear coated the grill and emblem, Gloss black side and tailgate emblem, TRD black wheels, Matt black off road emblems for the back side, plasti dipped the rear bumper. Any other good blackout suggestions?

    Tint...?

...and I can't help but think it needs something else...

Maybe a bit of color... ;) Like red stripes on the rims? (serious, not joking)

well the windows are down in that one, but yes I do need a bit darker tint. I was thinking about more red as well... will go with the trd on the wheels

Hmmm more red? Maybe paint the tip of your antenna (2 inches down from top) red? so it is kinda reminiscent of how red tip CB antennas look? Or paint the bare metal bed tie downs with red enamel?

I figure since the red TRD logos on the wheels are red, you should keep other red aesthetics minimalistic also for a nice clean look.

Or you could paint your stock skid red if you really wanted people to see it.

yeah I see a red trend happening here. I was also thinking about doing the grill with the black mesh and putting the fj Toyota emblem in black on the front. I have seen that done and looks pretty good.
