Tacoma left Blinker stays on solid green non flashing when I hit the breaks or turn on my lights

I am unsure if it is a short or wiring issue but the door shocks me as well after longer drives.

Any help is appreciated on where to look. And how.

    Thanks

Door shock may be static. Are you in a cold low humidity area when this happens?

On the lights, are they all OE style or have modifications been made? Like LEDs?

The lights are led from Amazon I’ve had them in for 6 months now. And yea it is cold in New England right now might be that static.

Put the old bulbs back in and see what happens.

Ok, I lost the old set I had, in theory could I just in plug the connectors and see how the blinker responds.

I get door shock occasionally. I think it’s seat to pants friction when sliding out. Try this, open door, reach left hand back and touch something metal, then slide out. Your hand grounds to metal, so any static created is immediately grounded.

I had the same experience shortly after replacing the reverse bulbs. Turns out I had pulled on the main tail light plug during that process. Simply unplugging it and reconnecting it solved the issue.
