I don't know how I went nearly a month without noticing the blinking red light on the dash after exiting and locking the truck, but now that I've seen it I can't stop seeing it.

Does it turn off when you get a certain distance from the vehicle? I stood back about 15 feet with a view of the interior and thought I saw it go out. When I approached the truck, it was blinking again.

Does it turn on with a sensor?
