    So I take my truck in for a tiny sqeak in the rear breaks. The guy says he cleaned the shit out of everything. Now they're really loud. I think he might have cleaned off some lube or something somewhere that should have not been cleaned off. Anyone know if that could be it?

    Yes
    if he cleaned the surface of the drums it could have removed the pad material which you actually want on the drum in the rear or rotor in the front. you prob just need to re bed the rear drums with some hard braking from 60 mph Just google how to bed brakes.
