Burning Man Aftermath

You are welcome anytime Ms. Racecar, a crackling fire, coyotes howling, hoot owls hooting and Tucker, the big brown dog, snoring along with it all.
My bourbon isn't fancy but it is smooth, and Tucker is a people dog but not a dog dog so although you are welcome any other hounds might should stay home.
All is calm out here at the prairie's edge where seldom is heard a discouraging word and the skies are not cloudy all day.

 

My understanding is that is what it has become but that it isn't how it began. I was there in 1999 and trust fund babies, tech gurus and hedge fund managers were few and far between if they were there at all. The people attending then were far more respectful of the environment than the non-trust fund baby scum that wreck Lake Tahoe every Fourth of July.

 

Unfortunately I have now come to the conclusion that idiots do not come in any one socio-economic package. There are idiots across the spectrum.
