Was there any rubbing with the spacer and this size? Just curious? Or just so when you upgrade tires? I am running 265/75/16 on SCS wheels with 0 offset but at switching back to the TRDOR wheels.

No rubbing with the 1.25" spacers and the stock off road tires & wheels. In my 2nd gen I ran the same spacers on 265/75r16 but with 16x8 +7 wheels and I just had to trim the front fender liner a little. I think you should be fine with the TRDOR wheels. There's a lot of room for regular driving.

Made it home from a quick trip to Anza Borrego! Some mix of unedited and edited photos because I'm too excited to share haha. Will probably post more edited shots later this week!

Took a little break from modding the truck and focused on a few other hobbies I like but I recently found this Cali Raised light bar on OfferUp and couldn't pass up the deal!

Swapped out the Prinsu light bar mounting brackets that I had for Cali Raised and it’s sitting much nicer with respect to the cutout.

Swooped up an excellent used set of 6112/5160’s from a fellow TW member— thanks @OmahTako! Looking forward to upgrading the suspension soon!

Knocked out the suspension install today! Started early in the morning to make sure I had time to get it aligned at a shop.
Front UCA through-bolt removal was wild; glad I was able to get them out! Neighbor saw me struggling with the passenger side and he helped out with pipe wrenches
Rear took longer than usual because my Harbor Freight grinder pooped out on me mid grinding. Ended up upgrading my grinder to Milwaukee since I had a handful of M18 tools already

    Digging the look!

    6112's set at #4/#5
1/4" top plate spacer both sides for a total of 2" lift in the front
    Bilstein B8 UCA's
    5160's in the rear
    Icon 1.5" add-a-leaf

Absolutely love the ride quality. I've read about "stiffer than stock" but I don't think that's the phrase I would use. The front doesn't feel mushy anymore and doesn't nose dive when braking. Rear feels like it's got more to give and more predictable with the more progressive rate. I would say that the shocks have a better dampening and handle so much better than stock. Ready to test them out at Big Sur in December!

Added Eibach 1" blocks in the rear after the add-a-leafs settled to 1" lift. Got a nice 2" lift on all four corners now! I have a trd pro style grille coming in tomorrow and I think the next thing on my list will for sure be tires. I usually never pass up a really good deal though so we'll see!

Going to be testing out this suspension at Glamis this weekend :p

Installed a TRD Pro style grille today-- liking the front end even more now.

Spent yesterday at Glamis with a couple buddies! I got to ride in one of their RZRs going through bunch of pretty gnarly dunes. They knew I wanted to test out the Taco so they led me to Oldsmobile which I was able to get up on the first go! I tried a steeper line a few times but couldn't get all the way up-- really soft sand near the top that I just couldn't get through even after airing down to 11psi. Wasn't sure if the stock tires could handle 5psi so I called it quits and was happy with my one and only run haha.

Took the Taco to Joshua Tree with a couple buddies! Was supposed to be Big Sur but we made a last minute change due to the rain that was expected over the weekend. Still enjoyed every second of it! Made a friend along the way, fellow Taco owner; was great to meet and spot through a narrower part of the trail. Enjoy the shots of my other buddies’ rigs from the Rav to the bagged Odyssey both with RTT’s haha.

Replaced my stock tires with these babies! Running 33’s now, no issues on rubbing on the streets so far with a 2” lift, UCA’s and a CMC. Going to take it to Cleghorn in a few weeks to test them out and see if I need to do any trimming— boy do these look aggressive! :D

Got some more clearance done yesterday— had wanted to use my hole saw for the curves toward the center of the bumper but didn’t have my other drill with the chuck so I decided to just go for it with an angle grinder using a cutoff wheel and a sanding wheel  took my time and it turned out great! Didn’t cut any of the fender liner; used a heat gun and a hammer to reform the liner and don’t need any zip ties since it ticks nicely back into the bumper.

Installed the TRD intake— probably more for looks than performance it I have heard a few claim they gained 1mpg with it haha.

Coming back to Cleghorn was a lot of fun. I came here a few years ago with my 2nd gen Prerunner and remember taking all the bypasses. Was able to take on any path I took with this baby-- I was hesitant at first but I went for it anyway and was impressed with how the truck performed on all the obstacles. Definitely gave me more confidence in what it's capable of!

Overnight camping last weekend with some coworkers; toppertent was a great upgrade from the first tent extension! Looks great while being more convenient setting up and packing up.

Had dinner with the wife last night and she noticed the sky; we both went out and even she took photos of the truck haha.
