    The only reliable file would have to come from Toyota, and that's never happening.

    Otherwise you'll be hoping whoever made it, did it accurately, and that's risky.

    Possibly my local metal shop just got in a laser cutter, If I can get the dimensions and make an acceptable CAD file I might see if I can't put together a bumper

    I just have some free programs that I downloaded, some of my friends in the engineering field have access to Autocad
