CEL Trac off light

    2012 tacoma 4x4 2.7L
    As I was driving home both CEL and trac off light came on together. I did a little research and found it could be the gas cap. I figured I would try the easiest. I filled up and ensured the cap was tightened and reset the code. (I have a friend with a pricey diagnostic tool) The light came on again. We ran the check and got a P0138 B1S2 code. O2 sensor after the cat converter. I said ok...that is easy enough to replace so I bought a new Bosch 02 sensor for B1S2 and installed it. We reset the code and I drove for about 100 miles and both lights came back on today on my way home from work. I won't be able to run the diagnostic again until tomorrow.

    Any ideas on what it could be would be a great help!!!
