I just pulled the entire interior to add sound insulation today. Got everything back but noticed a connector that I can't find a counter part for. Anyone know what this might go to or where it connects?

Just for those that might start off with "shouldn't work on it if you don't know", I've taken apart numerous interiors including my last 2 Tacomas. Never had a mystery connector at the end. Could have missed that it was not connected to begin with but it was about 8 hours from the time I took the center console out until it went back in so just can't recall.

    Thanks

Is it a 5 or 6 position connector?

Thanks! Looks like that's it. I don't have the stab disconnect and the color coding matches.

So now you have a source to add illumination to any aftermarket switch you could add.

It's the same connector as one of the AUX circuits.

For a no-cut to OEM harness, mating connector (white) and terminal type.

How is the sound insulation? Do you have any sound audio comparison by any chance?
