    I searched, no answer.

The maintenance reminder came on, ~38,000 miles. I thought it was for routine maintenance but it shows “check charging system.”

Is that a dealer only check? Probable battery?

    Thanks!

I think I must just be a dumb ass and solved my own problem

@C-Rok275 how did you solve this?

I got this reminder today, it is about due for an oil change at 12.9K and the battery is less than a year old because I changed it out when I put in a dual battery system.

    Has anyone else seen this?

    Maintenance reminder it says.

I have the option to set up the reminders in mine and it's 99% the same layout as that, visually. I suspect it's a preset maintenance... reminder; not a warning or fault.

Thanks for that, I suspect you are right with the timing for the oil change but thought it was strange that it said battery. I will see if I can dig in to the menu and find out the frequency it it set at.

It was a few layers deep in the options. Vehicle options then there was lighting, maintenance and something else. I couldn't believe how many things I could set reminders for!

I don’t remember what mine was specifically, only that it wasn’t a problem and did not require any fixing.

I haven’t dug that deep in the options,
Thanks, seeing feedback I am pretty sure it is just a set maintenance thing. I will ask the dealer why it pops up with battery when I take it in.
