Same issue as Little Bear. Replaced the master and slave last year around this time and it drove fine until about a month ago. I removed the tension spring and drove the truck for a couple days. Then I removed the clutch pedal assembly and replaced the tension spring and bushings, but the clutch felt better without the spring. The is leading me to believe the master and slave are still good. If I am wrong let me know, but I will have to take the CPA off again and look for a notch in the metal. If no notch what do you think could be the issue?

    Stock. EZ pass.Dump pass.Inspection sticker.Convict printed lic.plates.FG cap.
I used a turkey baster and artist brush to clean/drain clutch master cyl before bleeding the slave. Works fine now.
