My truck was throwing all sorts of crazy codes about tire pressures. Threw the bar, kpa, and psi warning signal like crazy. Both front and the rear driver tires displayed the pressure in yellow, while the rear passenger tire stayed blank. Could my TPMS be off or broken for some reason? I got down and checked all tires and they're all fine.

First you should make sure that all 4 tires have air in them. Then you should use a tpms reader to check the signal from the tpms and make sure it is sending a signal. In addition, you should make sure the tpms in each tire is actually working and make sure the tpms battery didnt die or is low. And the last thing you can do is read the codes and look up what it means.
