5.4L Access Cab without NAV etc, maybe.

6.4L Loaded Crew with NAV etc will be high 60k's.

New raptor will be a tuned 3.5L ecoboost and a 10 speed auto trans... No 6.2, No 5.4

All being said this truck will easily cost 60k. I would LOVE one... but a bit too rich for my blood. Might get a guy's foot in the door on a '12-14 though at a decent price

My Brother-in-Law just bought a new 2016 F150 Limited. Paid dealer invoice cost. $64,998! The Raptor will be more regardless of what you might have read. Just my opinion.

your bro in law got ripped off (or he added an insane amount of add ons). That is way more then the most expensive truck you can build on the ford website.

Understood, but you get what I mean...some like it to feel more like a man...small man complex. The amount of Raptors in my city owned my rig douche bags or rich wannabees is probably the majority. When will I jump my truck...probably never....when will I need all that horsepower when normally my Taco will suffice....probably never unless I upgrade my boat, in which case, there are more suitable options. The looks and refinement though...damn! I'd consider this truck though if it wern't for the $70k+ price tag after seeing the improved fuel efficiency.

I just don't get horsepower or manny tranny = man hood or lack there of or making up for perceived shortage or??? Can't people have higher HP because they just like the occasional punch in the back...I think that's why I like it...

Legit question & not sarcasm BTW.

    I drive what I consider a slow, automatic 270hp T4R. I'm 5-9 & 150lbs...not exactly a thumper.

lol..fair enough. Like I said, if the mileage is legit, and it was $20k cheaper, I sure I would buy one....I'd just be damn sure it wasn't just a city truck, push its limits like they did on TOP GEAR :bananadance:

I like the look but its just an F150 with BFG's & Fox shocks on it.. Of course the 2017 will be a little nicer. I'd spend that much on a car but not a truck.
