Delete posts

So I am curious why when someone sells something and says please delete it doesn’t seem to get deleted from the forum.
Anyone know the reason for this?
Is a time thing for the moderators ?

 

to get them to delete or lock a thread you have to report your original post
BUT people don't, cause they don't read the instructions
and mods have better(?) things to do
like.... I dunno, floss their toes or something

 

Or you can post several risky memes and let someone else report it.
