Thoughts on the Max fog lights? Anyone go from Pro to Max or does anyone prefer one over the other?

    Enough for now
Max are legit! Highly recommend!!! Great prices this week.

I switched from Cali raise amber pods to DDSS3 Max due to the wild fog on my commute, worth it

I have the Max in amber on my 2nd Gen, they are brighter and better than my headlights. But all down low, no glare when aimed properly

Been thinking about swapping the fogs out for the BD Squadrons with all the sales going on.

I see @908tacoma mentioned having the Pros..

I'm curious how the BDs and SS3s compare. Any input? I'd probably go with the SAE versions... I think.. lol

Good read. Still reading. Kind of makes the decision harder. I've had BD stuff before, and been very happy with it.

On a side note... I never would have thought a forum member would have gone that far to compare each option in such depth. Really appreciate the thread link.

He’s the TW lighting and technical info GOD !

BD is a great option for any and all lights, Probably the brightest and best off-road lights.
DD has a bit better beam pattern and control, but isn’t quite as bright in a sheer power sense. Also like 1/2 the price.

@Sterling_vH111 this is something I'm considering. I know BD, and have Had BD products. Experience has always been good. My first experience with DD was when they made those LED kits to use in older cars that, essentially, worked 50% of the time. I wasn't aware(until recently) that they made higher quality lighting for the exterior.

Basically my decision is between the two. I'm reading the write up on the DD SS3 Pros right this moment. Nice that he directly compares the two I'm considering.

Again, I really appreciate the link.

Diode Dynamics are better with a more effective light output. They have been tested side by side in another thread. SS3’s are awesome, I just run the sport version and they are crazy bright
