Driving without Front axles?

    I removed my front axles and am shipping them off to have some custom ones fabricated. :D

    Can I drive my truck without them whilst I wait?

    disco the front drive shaft, so the gears are not turning in the front diff., and you should be ok.

    I'm not sure if you've visited my build thread, but it was there that RCV performance offered to build me some stronger custom prototype front axles in the midst of our discussion of whether the OEM ones would hold up to the abuse generated by my front locker. They should much beefier. I can't wait to try and break them.
