    Maglite mod Bottle Opener in bed Weathertech Mats Front & Back
    As I understand them they attach were the leaf Springs used to and the leaf springs attach to the bottom of the drop brackets creating lift. Now is that correct?

    the drop brackets attach in the front where the LCA meets the frame.

    Yes this is another point of failure as well as extra stress on the truck
