DSIM Footwell light problem

I installed footwell leds in my 2019 Tacoma using the DSIM rock module with the yellow trigger wire powering the leds. Followed the instructions from

I tested the install and everything worked great. Leds lit up with domelight. I went back and cleaned up the install, tied up excess wires, reinstalled A pillar cover and kick panel, and the leds stopped working.Opened everything back up to check connections, ect . I checked the LED lights and those light fine by a awitch.Fuse and all the connections are fine. I can also hear the relay click in the DSIM module when I plug its wire harness in.
I checked the voltage coming from the yellow wire on the DSIM module and I'm only getting 2.6 volts. Is the DSIM module faulty?
