I figured I'd post my E-Locker wiring now that I've got it working. I ended up using used a 3 relay system with the stock switch.
The main problem I was having was finding a wiring diagram with the colour codes. Most of the diagrams I found used an aftermarket switch but I'm stubborn and wanted to use the stock switch.
I went with this diagram but i didn't use the transition indicator relay. I might wire it in when I build a relay box later on.

    Colour code.
    Indicator switch
    1- Blue/Yellow
    2- White/Black
    Locker actuator
    2- Green/Red
    3- Green
    4- White/Black
    5- Green/Black
    6- Green/Yellow

For what it’s worth, I believe Low Range Off-Road sells a plug-n-play harness for retrofitting a locker if you don’t want to go through the trouble.

Yeah they do but I didn't want to spend over $200 on something I can make myself and I wanted the stock switch.

And this pdf from the FSM shows the connector pinouts and connector locations.

The actuator wires go from the ECU -> BN7 connector -> BO1 connector -> actuator

Thanks for sharing your findings and what worked. Had to be time consuming but rewarding to see that OEM switch work:cool: Nice job man

nice work... unsolicited advice here. I wouldnt run all the grounds through 4 connectors and from the switch location, cab of the truck, all the way back to the rear dif then to a ground. Clever use of the 87a circuit.

Sitting here thinking out loud... Maybe even consider using diodes or a timer circuit on the outputs of the power feeds from the lock and unlock relays just in case one relay gets stuck engaged... I do not know if the diff locking motor would have "issues" with +12v coming in on both lines or if the motor would burn up with voltage applied constantly... I am assuming that voltage is applied, the diff lock motor engages then the voltage is removed and that process is reversed to unlock as opposed to power is continously applied to keep the diff locked... dont know, like I said, just thinking out loud.

I followed this wiring diagram tonight with the 3 relays, no transition indicator - everything worked flawlessly. THANK YOU for this. We wanted to use the factory switch and this made that possible.
