2007 Tacoma 2.7 auto 2wd

2007 Tacoma 2wd AUTO. Have trans removed and pulling engine today to replace with low mile used one was curious if Is it possible to mount trans to engine and install as one unit on these trucks or not worth the trouble.
Only reason was curious is would be easier if possible so I knew everything was lined in correctly between trans and engine
