Entune Vehicle customization

I've searched and cannot find an answer. Does anyone know why my vehicle setup button is greyed out on the display? I'd really like to make some changes in there. Thanks in advance.

 

Is the truck started and running? Mine was grayed out when just in Accessory "position" and I had to actually start the truck if I remember it right.

 

That was it. I only had it on in accessory mode. No where in the book could I find that. Thanks dude, I really appreciate it.

Even with the taco running it’s still greyed out on mine, any solutions ?

 

Start it and let it load for a minute or two. It should become available. Mine was grayed out for a bit but then it loaded after a few minutes when I came back to it.

 

Must be at complete stop for a few seconds
