Might as well integrate the entire gen Z/ snowflake mentality into this thread.

Why am I getting the thrashing instead of the person that started berating me? I will step off now. I just came here sharing information, asking for some help for future owners of Tacomas, and seek info. Instead I get called a Karen, and bad mouthed then when I say something, I am the snowflake. Can’t fucking win.

Fasinatimg comverstion... ive made a decent living in the Pro Audio Business... live event soumd...i have a warehouse with roadcases filled with sound gear. I have never noticed the rear speaker deficiency in my vehicle.. i guess i am not into cranking my system....I will drop on some tunes and check it out the next time...I own and drive big box trucks.... but.... have always been partial to two seaters. People get thier vehicle for work or pleasure... when you get down to it. ...its personal

On another note... i did a small event and did not want the hassle to use a Big Box Truck so i took my NEW Nightshade Limited to the Load Out. We had speakers, sand bags, steel truss base, lighting truss etc... packed into the bed and the rear cab. I must confess it was not safe. I was worried about getting pulled over and ticketed. When my tech and i sat in the front you would think we were at cape canaveral launching off to space. The rear of the vehicle was on the ground. My heart was racing on the drive to the warehouse. When we got there in one piece....my tech exclaimed with relief..."I respect Tacomas.."

I rented a Kia Sportage over the Thanksgiving holiday & drove it cross country. It had a great factory stereo!

Yeah my daughter got a Kia Telluride and her premium factory radio is impressive. She asked me to figure out what it needs so I ran a lap on it trying to find some fatal flaw and I eventually told her not to touch it because in terms of cost/benefit there isn’t shit to do.

My wife’s Kia Sorento with the basic radio is about as bad as Toyota’s however. You have to turn it up quite a bit to get any tone out of it.
