06 Access Cab SR5 4wd 4cyl 5spd man

Replaced my front bumper cover with a new take off that came with factory fog lights. My pu didn't have FLs before. Is there pigtails wired in the tacomas even if yours didnt come with fogs or can I buy pigtails somewhere to fit these ?
