Factory fog switch lit

Rebuilt / frame swap at 200K

I put in some Hella fog lights, wired to work with low beams, with a Toyota lighted switch. The indicator light comes on when my headlights are on instead of only when the fogs are on.
Wired like so:
Relay 30 to battery with 10a fuse
Relay 87 to lights
Relay 85 to ground
Relay 86 to center post on switch
Switch top to ground
Switch bottom to low beam headlight wire
Both fogs are grounded

any ideas how to fix? They function correctly except for the indicator
