I'm level 35 now , I never wear power armor

Good score of springs and screws in about 20 Giddyup Buttercup horses at the Atomstoys plant

 

Yea I rarely wear power armor too. Occasionally, on some of the quest I think may be harder. I'm lvl 30 now. I'll have to hit up the toy factory bc I'm in need of springs and screws. I haven't done the railroad yet and really want that ballistic weave armor building skill too.

 

I wear power armor all the time now. Completed the story and haven't got nothing much else to do in the game, have over 100 fusion cores & over 15 power armors. Might as well wear them.
That and the jet pack comes in handy when exploring.

 

Installed a fresh SSD in preparation for this game. Also replaced both hubs on the truck. I'm beat.

 

The jet pack looks pretty cool. I collect and upgrade my power armor, I usually just get wrapped up in the game and forget to go equip the armor.

 

I got the Diamond City Market opened up now and promptly purchased a couple shipments of steel so I can finish off a couple settlement builds where I ran out of materials

 

Do shipments give you recurring shipments or just one 25 piece shipment

 

I never wear power armor even playing on very hard..

The BoS will give you a jetpack if you follow their story.

Has anyone come across the Covenant community? It's just west of the Taffington Boathouse near the lake.

Same, after I did Dan's quest. They shot first though. Pretty interesting little town.

 

There is a quest you can do? Somebody asked me for all of my stuff and I said no and killed him.

 

Haha. Yep, if you answer that guy's questions, he lets you inside where you meet a bunch of creepy people and an outsider named Honest Dan who asks you for help with an investigation.

It was short. Just a couple of quests and the same end result.

If you cross that lake near Covenant, you'll find sewage pipes emptying into the water. Take the middle one and see if you can go in the door. That's where the quest took me.

 

The amount of power from the core that each boosted jump takes is a bit insane. Two or three screw around jumps and your pack is well depleted.

 

Does anyone know where to find the fusion cores at the checkpoints? I've saved dozens and never found a fusion core... I've found a few suits of power armor though.

 

Pretty sure its just going to be random. I havent specifically found a ton at once either at checkpoints but i have elsewhere.

 

What checkpoints?
