I do believe that there are quite a number of holes in the fenders and bed sides that the flares snap into. And I don't think any body makes something like what you looking for, because it would have to cover up those hole also. Making it as wide as the flare your trying to take off. Maybe just look for SR fenders and bed sides for your truck instead. I know it is not cheap, but I can't.think of any other way of achieving what your looking for.

No, there are holes in the fenders for the clips that hold them on, besides the two-sided tape.

You'd love it right up until the first gravel road you drive on.

Between my flares & OEM running boards & mudflaps my fenders & rockers are as clean as the day I drove off the lot.

In most states it is illegal to drive on streets without at least some coverage over the tire; most require full coverage of the tires.
Some guys push their luck, but....

    Well we are both right...

Fender for SR trucks w/o flaresimages (1).jpg

And fenders for trucks with flares with holes...

So if you have flares, you have holes.

Get some diamond plate like people put on Jeeps to protect the fenders.

It's kinda true, they mold them to "look" like they have flares but really don't

I think they should leave the flares off of all Tacomas. Most of them you see the paint looks poor anyway!

Most would prefer not having the paint blasted by stones resulting in that pretty rust color...
