    Hey guys,

After having used this forum as a reference for repairs on my ‘05 Taco for the past year, I finally decided to join up and contribute to the mayhem! I’m an autobody tech in New Haven CT but honestly really have fun tackling mechanical repairs just as much. Have owned my truck for a little over a year now, and boyyy was it rusty. I’ve now got 162k on it (the frame recall was done), and I’ve put some work into it myself:
    - Lower/upper control arms
    - Front springs
    - Sway bar
    - Front axle(s) and wheel bearings
    - Newer OE steel wheels off of a ‘22
    - Rear shocks
    - Fuel tank straps
    - Exhaust from cat back (was rotted and previous owner shittily welded new muffler lol)
    - New front diff actuator
    - Changed both diff fluids
    - Transmission fluid swap (just from drain bolt, no full flush)

Anyways, only things I’m chasing down now is intermittent 4WD engagement/disengagement (I suspect transfer case actuator), and just the ever evolving rust on different parts of the truck… was gonna replace my rotted rear bumper, but even the hardware is sheared off and haven’t had the time yet… ah, the great northeast!

pleasure to join you fine folks.
    Drew
