    ^ this

but the trick is to take bc ap calc in high school and get at least a 3 on the test. then you can skip calc 2 and calc 1.

Not sure if your engineering, but good job on having the foresight to take a CAD class - I help screen and interview new hires for my company and the first thing I always look for is a working knowledge of AutoCAD. I'm a civil engineer so you might be a different discipline, but try to learn other programs you MAY utilize in your field.

And P.S., I thought Calc 2 was way shittier than Calc 3. Throwing in the Z-Axis and dealing with triple/partial integrals is not as bad as learning all the dumb rules for series and integrals. If you need Calc 4 (we did for civil engineering), all I can say is good luck. Differential Equations was by far one of the most difficult classes I had to endure at college.

i made the mistake of not using credit...i took dual enrollment which is basically taking a community college class in high school and i didnt use it when i definitely should have. i didnt learn anything more in college than i did in high school...
i actually thought calc 2 was easier...maybe thats because i took it in high school and retook it freshman year.

i thought diff eq was easier than calc 3 hahaha im like the opposite of everyone...

calc 2 is definitely harder than calc 3
    Dif Eq is so-so
I had to take Linear Algebra after that, which was cake
And then to get my math minor i took Mathematical Biology :violent:

EDIT: forgot this was the Finals thread haha
My first one is on Saturday - heat and mass transfer, cumulative, probably going to die
    - then Engineering Materials on Tuesday, also cumulative, but 50% of my grade (probs gonna die again)

But then I'm done with Junior year! :D

ooo yeah that was a mistake. our adivsors at freshman orientation said if we had credit take it and run.

but i actually took calc 1 just to get an easy grade but still got a B. then skipped calc 2.

diff eq is prob what i thought to be the hardest, but in MechE we just always assume steady state or something like that and any diff eq goes to zero. so i thought it was somewhat pointless, but i understand why it's required.

I go to school for Homeland Security with a focus on Counter-terrorism. I have a final in domestic Terrorism, Investigation and Report writing and Risk Management class, not to mention I am also going through my EMT refresher class the last couple of months too. Cant wait until this is all over.

    Good luck everyone

    If so...THE ENEMY! lol

I'm almost tempted not to take one of my finals because I don't think it's possible to save myself in that class. So I'll be taking it again this summer. Three total I have to get through though.
