Hey everyone. I just spent the last two hours looking up fog light info for my taco. V6 SR5, didn't come with fogs, but I went under the truck, it has the wires already to the bumper, and the 4 pin to the blank switch. I won't have any issues installing it, I was just wondering if anyone knows of a reputable kit that I can order right away? From what I understand, I don't need all that wiring that I see in most kits, all I need is the two lights, the relay for the fusebox, and the switch. I could go to the stealership, but they would probably charge me a couple hundred for those 3 things. The kit in the link from the Mods sticky isn't there anymore. Also, does it have to be 2013 specific? I see some kits for 2011's, but I'm not sure if the mounting methods would be the same. Would appreciate suggestions. Thanks. :)

Hmm, they don't have the relay nor the switch, just individual lights at $35 each. Not quite what I'm looking for, but thanks. :)

The relay may be on there and just isn't labeled. You might need to find out a part number for it to look it up.

Thanks. Judging by the individual prices though, it's probably cheaper to buy a kit with the unnecessary wiring with it. I'm sure some other people on here did their own fogs. Open to suggestions.

I saw them at the dealer parts department not long ago. I think the kit was around $150-200 maybe. It was made by someone else besides Toyota but had a Toyota part number on it.

That's not too bad. I've been staring at this for a while. Price seems fair, whether or not they will fit in snugly is a different story..

Those don't look like my factory one's when I took them out of the bumper. They had a pivot type connection on each side and a rotary thing on top to adjust them. Don't know how those would fit on there with the 4 screw holes unless that's not an actual pic.

Hmm, maybe they did make some revisions after 2011. Every one I see has the 4 holes on it like this.

You need a 2012-2015 specific fog light if you fall within that generation of truck. If you're older you'll need a 2005-2011 fog might. They're not interchangeable.

Pro tip: the link to the install kit has a PDF of the Toyota FSM installation instructions.

Thanks twice. Looks like they're sold out on that site though. :( The winter mornings and nights here are pretty damn dark, so I was hoping to pull the trigger right away.

Good to know, I thought all the 2011 listings looked different.

Shit, I just saw you had a 2013. Scratch what I was showing you. I bet the 2013 does have the 4 holes. Sorry about that. I missed it in the OP.

    They will have more.

That is hands down the best price on the OEM equipment, you might consider giving them a call - they're a Toyota dealer with a parts website.

If you have any issues with shipping to Canada let me know and I can relay things for you. I have a business account with UPS and can totally forward anything up your way if you need.

That sounds great, thanks for the help. One more question, are all those steps in that instruction PDF necessary? Is that if you don't have wires already ran to the fogs and switch from factory? From what I've looked up, people said it's pretty much plug and play.

That's a whole write up from scratch because that kit includes the main wiring harness and the light to light harness that you already have installed.

Us 2.7 owners had no preinstalled factory fog wiring so it's more relevant for that application but you'll find it helpful also.
