i called toyota and they said the frame had been checked once already. what does this mean i can not get the new frame now?

Lots of information on the frame recalls on this site, just search and you'll find a few threads on the matter. I'll be calling Toyota on my 02 pretty soon and see what they say, seeing as how the dealer doesn't seem interested in helping me. Good luck.
