Just brought my truck into Rudy Luther Toyota in Golden Valley and im getting a new frame. Just wondering if anyone else can tell me what to expect from this dealer (or any dealer in MN)??? i think wait times and satisfaction will vary around the country... so i wanna get an idea of what i might be in for.

Dealer said 6-8 weeks, hoping thats true.... so far the experience has been good.

ranger, I can't comment about MN dealers, as I am in Ohio, but I have been waiting for frame replacement since October. Supposedly the frames have recently arrived but the wiring harness needed is on back order. Dealer says another 4 weeks and they should be able to start.

Yea my advisor said the same, that the harness is what takes a while to get, but i am hoping my results are different than yours and i get my truck back quickly!!! i need a truck to get my boat in the water so if it gets warm and i cant do that ill be having a convo with them to get me into a loaner truck. then they can keep my truck as long as they need to.

I bought mine from Luther Brookdale about 6 months ago, and between that experience and them performing the take-off shudder TSB, I couldn't be more happy with them. I've dealt with a lot of dealerships around here over the years, and Luther almost instantly became my favorite.

Not sure how much of a difference you'll get between Brookdale and Golden Valley, but if Golden Valley gives you trouble I have no problem recommending Brookdale.

Thanks PoweredBySoy, how long did it take you from drop off to pick up? Time is my main concern right now because they have been pretty good to me so far. Also did you get hit with any random costs, or were you able to leave without spending a dime?
