The ol' taco is at the dealership getting torn apart and all I have to drive now is a 2016 Highlander with 340 miles on it, leather, push button start, nav, all the bells and whistles, even rear disc brakes, sun roof..., I'm spoiled for the next 5 days!! I wanna sneak back there sometime and grab some photos of the truck.

There was a shit-ton of frames on skids in the back, as well as shit tons of bad frames on skids. Someone's been busy. Toyota dealership in Lancaster, PA.

Got a call today from my dealer. I've been waiting since Feb and my frame is now in. They wanted to give me a car to drive, told them no. I need at the minimum an SUV. Waiting to hear what they come up with, so I can drop the trick off. :fingerscrossed:

Well, dropped off the truck today. They gave me a loaded Highlander as a loaner. Was out to dinner with friends tonight and my buddy asked if i would trade the Highlander for my pickup. I said could I sell it and buy another pickup? Nope, so I said I'd keep the pickup !!! Anyhow, here's some pics of the frame and the loaner. They said it should be done some time next week.

    Not yet but close.

Visited the dealer Friday after work - only 2 full days - and there was a rolling chassis with a new frame. Amazing.....
Old Frame.... See orange paint where the hole is.

....and of course, they tried to 'suggestive sell' some extra work, NO Thank you!! - Cabin air filter, spark plugs, and rear parking brake cable is corroded. I checked the cabin filter last month, looks good to me. I changed spark plugs in the spring. He showed me the parking brake cable where it enters into the drum - looks a little white and corroded.... but not nearly bad enough to fix. I told the guy we'd do it ourselves. LOL He was an older gent with white hair - probably in his mid/late 50's. Really nice guy....

(Please pardon that last photo. I don't know why its sideways. I think I checked it, saved it, and uploaded it like 3 times and its still sideways. Is there something to this forum? It looks fine when I test in firefox )

I have never had any dealings with them so I am only going by what another member on this site wrote not long ago but he said they were a NIGHTMARE. !!! I can't remember what the issue was because I read so many posts on here but this was within the last cpl of weeks. I don't have time to do a search right now because I'm heading out bear hunting but thought I would give you a heads up. Again this is only some I read here and had nothing to do with me but ya might want to try to find it. The person who posted it was very detailed as to the problems he had with them. Again this is only something I read here but when I saw that dealers name I thought I should let you know. Good luck with your truck.

Thanks MicComa, I did see something about Faulkner of Harrisburg which the person had a bad experience. I'm hoping that the trevose location is better. I'm happy to get the frame vs the spray but the Frame job is so involved it's nervewraking.Tia

He tells me the info and told me he would call back if mine was bad,,,yep it will be here in a couple of weeks, takes about 4 days to complete. Well at least I'll get a loaner. He told me they have had a couple that where so bad they wouldn't let the people leave with the truck ,just gave them a loaner car told them they would call when it was done.I'm going to have the service mgr ride with me before they start, mine has 87000 on it and doesn't have any problems or rattle one,,and it dam sure better not when I get it back!!

So they said your frame would be in a couple of weeks? Most have been averaging 5 months to a year. 5 months on mine.
